Draftsperson of Rulings in the First District Civil Court, 1996; Legal Advisor in the Ministry of Governance, 1997-1999; Attorney specializing in Intellectual Property since 2000; Founder (2006) and current Head of the Intellectual Property Department of the law firm JARQUIN - GARCIA. Lecturer on Intellectual Property Law at the School of Legal Sciences of Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) from 2007 to date. Sub-delegada at Nicaragua. Professor of Intellectual Property Law for undergraduate education, postgraduate programs and Masters at Universidad Americana (UAM), 2011.
